摘　　要：科学地评价军工企业和民用企业的技术整合效果,对于统筹军民科技资源、指导企业军民技术整合具有现实应用价值。通过采用德尔菲法构建军民技术整合企业的军民技术整合效果评价指标体系,运用因子分析法(主成分分析法)建立因子分析模型,构造企业军民技术整合评估的综合指数,为评价不同企业军民技术整合效果提供具体量化的方法,同时为分析企业在军民技术整合过程中存在的问题提供科学的依据。The scientific evaluation system of the enterprises＇ military and civilian technology integration effect has a practi- cal application value in order to guide governments and enterprises to co - ordinate military and civilian science and technol- ogy resources and to operate the military and civilian technology integration work. In this paper, it provides a specific quan- titative method for the evaluation of different enterprises＇ military and civilian technology integration eft^ct, and provides a scientific basis for the analysis of the problems in the process of the enterprises＇ military and civilian technology integration using Delphi method it builds an effect evaluation index system of military and civilian technology integration, using the fb.ctor analysis （Principal Component Analysis） it establishes a factor analysis model it constructs the composite index to as- sess the enterprises＇ military and civilian technology integration effect.
