摘　　要：主要从积极影响的视角去探讨人为因素对科技期刊的影响因子、基金论文比和Web下载量等3个评价指标的影响。在注重读者、作者、编者和谐相处的基础之上,分别针对3个评价指标提出具体的编辑工作思路,以期通过编辑的积极影响来提升期刊的核心竞争力和影响力,从而最大限度激发编辑的潜能来促进科技期刊的健康发展。The paper discusses human factors to impact factor, fund paper ratio and downloads Web from the angle of posi- tive influence. By focusing on readers, authors and editors harmonious basis, the paper puts forward specific editing ideas respectively on three evaluation index in order to enhance the core competitiveness of periodicals and iniluence through edi- torg positive influence further to promote the healthy development of the sci - tech journals in stimulating editors potential.
