摘　　要：受海盗侵扰,船公司在船上使用私营海上武装保安的情况越来越多,由此也引发诸多法律问题。其中,私营海上保安公司(PMSC)的责任保险问题值得关注。根据IMO和海上行业保安协会对PMSC的责任保险要求,其所需责任保险项目众多。国际保险市场已开发出一种适合PMSC的综合性定制式新的保险机制。面对保险市场上的新机遇,我国保险公司欲开展此种责任保险新业务时,应充分注意其法律风险和资信风险,做好风险防范,慎重设计保险条款。As harassed by piracy, the use of private contracted armed security personnel on board by shipping companies have grown rapidly, which also cause a lot of legal issues, the liability insurance of the private maritime security companies （PMSC） is the one causing great concern. According to the requirements of IMO and Security Association for the Maritime Industry （SAMI） concerning PMSC＇s liability insurance, the items of liability insurance need to be brought by PMSC are numerous. International insurance market has developed a new and com- prehensive insurance mechanism in order to meet the requirements for PMSC. Facing the new opportunities for the insurance market, China＇s insurance companies who want to carry out such new services should pay much attention to the legal and credit risks therein, prevent potential risks and design their insurance terms carefully.
