摘  要:由于换热器表面结垢因素的复杂性和不确定性,影响因素的权重很难确定。文中采用灰色关联分析法对冷却水水质、换热器运行工况以及换热表面结构3个方面各因素影响进行评价研究。结果表明:水质的6种参数中碱度对换热表面污垢沉积影响因素的权重最大,其次是钙离子、电导率、氯离子、浊度,影响最小的是溶解氧;运行工况参数中冷却水进口温度对结垢影响比冷却水进口流速明显;而内螺纹管的表面结构中的螺纹数对污垢的形成影响最突出。Considering the complexity and uncertainty of fouling deposition on heat transfer surface, it is an important research direction to assess the weight of influencing factors. Therefore, the grey relational analysis was applied to analyze and evaluate three influencing factors including quality of cooling water, operating conditions of the heat exchanger and heating surface structure in this paper. Results show that among six kinds of water quality parameters influencing the fouling deposition on heat transfer surface, the most significant factor is the alkalinity, the next is Ca2+, and then electrical conductivity, Cl-, turbidity and dissolved oxygen in order. Among the operating condition parameters, the inlet temperature of cooling water affecting fouling deposition is more serious than the inlet velocity does. Then the number of threads has a great effect on fouling deposition on the surface of ribbed tubes.
