摘 要:本试验研究在精液冷冻稀释液中分别添加不同浓度的维生素E或维生素C对德保矮马精液冷冻效果的影响,以提高德保矮马精液冻后品质。维生素E的添加浓度为0、300、600、900μg/mL,维生素C的添加浓度为0、0.5、1.0、1.5 mg/L。结果表明:稀释液中添加600μg/mL维生素E,精子冻后活力显著高于900μg/mL维生素E浓度组和未添加组(P<0.05),但与300μg/mL维生素E浓度组差异不显著(P>0.05)。各维生素E浓度组间精子解冻后运动速率(VAP、VSL、VCL)及畸形率与未添加组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);维生素E各浓度组精子冻后顶体完整率和精子解冻后体外存活时间均显著高于未添加组(P<0.05)。600μg/mL为维生素E较佳添加浓度。稀释液中分别添加0.5、1.0 mg/L和1.5 mg/L浓度的维生素C,精子冻后活力、精子冻后运动速率(VAP、VSL、VCL)、畸形率和顶体完整率与未添加组均没有显著性差异(P>0.05);维生素C添加组精子解冻后体外存活时间比未添加组有显著提高(P<0.05)。The object of this experiment was to study the effect of different concentrations of vitamin E or vitamin C in the Debao pony frozen semen dilution, so as to improve the quality of Debao pony frozen semen. The concentrations of vitamin E were 0, 300, 600 and 900 μg/mL respectively. The concentrations of vitamin C were 0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 mg/L. The results indicated that the post-thaw motility of the 600μg/mL vitamin E group was significantly higher than that in the 900 μg/mL vitamin E group and the control group without having the vitamin E (P〈0.05), but had no significant differences with the 300 μg/mL vitamin E group (P〉0.05). The movement rates (VAP, VSL, VCL) and the abnormal rates of the vitamin E groups had no significant differences compared with the control group without having the vitamin E (P〉0.05). and there were higher acrosome integrity and survival time in vitro of post-thaw sperm compared with the control group without having the vitamin E (P〈0.05)o 600 I^g/mL is the optimum adding concentration of the Vitamin E in the Debao pony frozen semen dilution . The post-thaw motility, the movement rate (VAP, VSL, VCL), the abnormal rate and the acrosome integrity had no differences between the vitamin C groups and the control group without having the vitamin C (P〉0.05). The survival time in vitro of post-thaw sperm of the vitamin C groups were significantly higher than the control group without having the vitamin C (P〈O.05).
