日粮中添加不同水平胱氨酸对矮小型蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质及抗氧化性能的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在探究日粮中添加不同水平胱氨酸对矮小型蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化性能的影响。将450只26周龄处于产蛋高峰期的矮小型蛋鸡随机分成5个处理,每个处理6个重复,日粮胱氨酸水平分别为NY/33-2004蛋鸡产蛋期营养水平的85%、100%、150%、200%、300%。试验期8周,测定产蛋性能、蛋品质及血液和鸡蛋抗氧化功能指标。结果表明:提高日粮胱氨酸具有线性提高血液GSH-Px活性的趋势(P<0.10),线性显著提高试验初期的蛋重(P<0.05)和试验全期的饲养日产蛋率和产蛋量(P<0.05),对试验全期的平均蛋重、日均采食量、料蛋比以及入舍鸡产蛋性能没有显著影响(P>0.05);日粮胱氨酸水平低于或高于正常需要均降低蛋黄比例(P<0.05),对鸡蛋其他蛋品质没有显著影响。结果说明,提高日粮胱氨酸水平可以改善蛋鸡的产蛋效果,添加高水平胱氨酸不易造成矮小型蛋鸡过量。This study was conducted to compare the effects of different dietary cystine levels on the laying performance, egg quality and antioxidant capacity of dwarf layers. Four hundred and fifty 26 wks of age dwarf layers were randomly allocated to five treatments with six replicates each, and fed the dietary cystine with 85%, 100%, 150%, 200%, 300% of the NY/33-2004 laying period nutritional recommendations of layer, respectively. The experiment lasted for eight weeks, and the laying performance, egg quality and antioxidant capacity was measured. The results showed that the increased supplementation of dietary cystine tended to linearly increase the activities of glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） in the serum （P〈0.10） and significantly increased egg weight in the initial stage of experiment （P〈0.05） and hen day production and egg mass during the whole trail period （P〈0.05）. However, there were no significant differences for average egg weight, daily feed intake, the ratio of feed to gain and the laying performance of henhoused layers during the whole experiment （P〉0.05）. In addition, adding more or lower level of cystine in the dietary than the recommendation significantly increased the percentage of yolk （P〈O.05）. These results indicate that in creasing cystine supplementation level can improve the egg production of dwarf layers.
