摘  要:本试验旨在研究王不留行和大豆异黄酮对泌乳母猪生产性能、抗氧化能力和激素水平的影响。试验采用2×2因子随机设计,主效应分别为王不留行处理(0、100mg/kg),大豆异黄酮处理(0、20mg/kg)及二者互作。选用初产大白母猪64头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理16个重复。试验期为母猪泌乳第3。21天。结果表明:单独添加大豆异黄酮或王不留行显著提高泌乳第21天母猪血清总抗氧化能力和降低血清丙二醛含量(P〈0.05)。单独添加大豆异黄酮显著提高泌乳第21天母猪血清总超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和催乳素含量(P〈0.05)。二者同时添加显著提高泌乳第11~21天仔猪平均日增重(P〈0.05),而且对泌乳第10天和第21天母猪血清中总抗氧化能力提高、第10天谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性提高和第21天丙二醛含量降低的影响具有显著交互作用(P〈0.05)。结果提示,单独添加王不留行或大豆异黄酮可提高机体抗氧化能力.二者同时添加提高仔猪平均日增重和母猪机体抗氧化能力以及催乳素的含量。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary soy isoflavones and semen vaccariae on lactation performance, antioxidation capacity and hormone level of lactating sows. A 2x2 faetoral random design was adopted, and sixty-four Yorkshire sows were randomly allotted into four treatments with sixteen replicates per treatment. The main factors consisted of dietary addition of VAC (0 vs. 100 mg/kg) and ISF (0 vs. 20 mg/kg). The experiment was carried out from d 3 to 21 of lactating sows. The results showed that: dietary VAC or ISF significantly increased serum T-AOC and decreased serum MDA content at d 21 of lactation (P〈0.05). Dietary ISF significantly increased serum T-SOD, CAT and prolactin content at d 21 of lactation (P〈0.05). The addition of ISF and VAC significantly increased ADG of piglets at d 10 to 21 of lactation (P〈0.05). The interaction between ISF and VAC significantly effected serum T-AOC at d 10 and 21 of lactation, GSH-Px at day 10 of lactation and MDA content at d 21 of lactation (P〈0.05). In conclusion, The addition of ISF or VAC enhanced antioxidation capacity, and ISF+VAC increased ADG of piglets at lactation, antioxidation capacity and prolactin content of lactation.
