摘 要:目的探讨铬铁生产工人健康损伤及血清中神经内分泌激素水平的变化,为防治铬铁生产工人健康危害提供科学的依据。方法选择贵州省黔南州某铁合金厂铬铁生产车间的5个主要工段工人129名男性为观察组,以该厂无铬和其他重金属接触史的22名健康男性为对照组,采用化学发光免疫法测定血清中催乳素(PRL)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(TsT)、尿促卵泡素(TsH)及多巴胺(DA)含量水平。结果观察组和对照组作业环境空气中CrO。浓度分别为0.043~0.124和0.003~0.012mg/m2,经非参数Wilcoxon检验法检验,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);观察组血清中LH、TST水平均明显低于对照组,而DA水平则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01)。铬铁生产工人〈510、10~和≥20aT.龄组血清中PRL、TST、TSH、DA水平两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。铬铁生产工人血清中LH水平随着接触年限增加而降低,而TSH、DA水平随着接触年限增加逐渐增高。雷蒙磨和焙烧段工人血清中PRIH、TST、TSH、DA水平与冶炼工段工人比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论长期从事铬铁作业工人可能会使血清中PRL、LH、TST、TSH水平下降,对生殖激素代谢产生一定的影响。Objective To investigate the health damage and serum neuroendocrine hormone level of ferrochrome production workers and to provide scientific criteria for preventive measures. Methods 129 male workers from 5 main work sections of a ferrochrome production workshop in a ferroalloy factory in Huishui county of Guizhou province were selected as the exposure group, and 22 male clerks without chrome exposure as the control group. There PRL(prolactin), LH (luteinizing hormone), TST ( testosterone), TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone)and DA (dopamine)contents in serum were tested by chemical luminescence immunization. Results The concentrations of CrO3 in environment were 0. 04340. 24 mg/mz while in the environment of the control group were 0. 003 -0. 012 mg/m3. Wilcoxon test showed the difference in environment concentrations was statistically significant(P d0.01). The LH and TST levels for the conlacl group was distinctly lower than those of the control group, while DA levels of the exposure group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01 ). The ferrochrome workers were divided into 3 groups by the working age, i. e. group of 10 years, group of 10-20 years and group 20 years. The difference of serum PRL, TST, TSH and DA levels between various groups was statistically significant(P〈0.01). The serum LH lowered as the working ages decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). The difference of PRL, LH, TST, TSH and DA levels was statistically significant(P〈0.01) between Raymond mill workers and roastin workers. Conclusions The serum PRL,LH, TST and TSH levels might decrease in workers after long -- term exposure to ferrochrome, theirneuroendocrine and reproductive hormone metabolism might be more or less affected.
