摘　　要：分析信息资源共享过程中信息资源需求方与中介之间的博弈关系,对于中介经营活动的决策、宏观管理部门的政策制定具有理论指导意义。应用博弈理论构建了资源需求方与中介的博弈模型,在对模型进行求解的基础上分析了博弈的基本特征,最后提出了促进信息共享行为的策略建议。It is of theoretical guidance significance for the intermediaries to make decisions in the business activities, and for the macro-management departments to formulate policies to analyze the game relationships between the information resources demand side and the intermediaries in the information resources sharing process. This paper constructs the game model of the information re- sources demand side and the intermediaries by the use of the game theory, and based on the solving of the model, analyzes the bas- ic characteristics of the game. Finally, the paper proposes some strategies and advices for the promotion of information sharing be- haviors.
