摘　　要：[目的]应用HPLC法测定阿维菌素-β-环糊精包合物的包封率。[方法]以外标法为基础,以Diamonsil?C18为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比90∶10),检测波长为245 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温,进行HPLC分析。[结果]在0～400 mg/L的质量浓度范围内建立阿维菌素标准曲线,线性相关系数0.999 8,精密度的变异系数在0.63%～0.84%之间,回收率为96.4%～98.9%,回收率的变异系数在0.27%～0.83%之间。[结论]这一分析检测方法可靠有效。[Aims] High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method was used to determine the inclusion rate og avermectin inclusion. [Methods] Based on external standard method, the chromatographic conditions were set as follows： Diamonsicolumn, methanol and water （90 ： 10, by vol） as mobile phase, detective wavelength as 245 mn, flow rate as 1.0 mL/min, and detective temperature as room temperature. [Results] The standard curve of avermectin in the concentration range of 0-400 mg/L was established, the results showed that the linear correlation coefficients was 0.999 8, the variation coefficients of precision were between 0.63-0.84%, the recovery rates were between 96.4-98.9%, the variation coefficients of recovery were between 0.27-0.83%. [Conclusions] This analysis method is effective and reliable.
