摘　　要：塔河油田三叠系阿克库勒组为凝析油气藏,并含有底水。水平段套管居中低、泥浆含原油、水泥浆顶替效率低等问题影响了固井质量。通过技术研究和攻关,采用旋流刚性扶正器、表面活性冲洗液和高粘加重隔离液等一系列措施提高了水泥浆顶替效率;优选出三凝水泥浆体系,严格控制失水、稳定性、析水、稠化时间等性能,2011年水平井固井质量优良率达到92.59%。The condensate oilgas reservoir is developed in the Tri assic Akekule formation of the Tahe Oilfield and contains bottom water. Questions such as low casing centralizer, the mud contain ing crude oil and low displacing efficiency of slurry at level sec tion were affecting the cementing quality. By means of technology research, a series of measures such as whirl rigid centralizer, sur face active washing fluid and highly viscous weighting spacer flu id were adopted, improving the displacing efficiency of slurry. Threesetting cement slurry system was also selected, its perr mances such as fluid loss, stability, free water, thickening time were strictly controlled, so the good rate of cementing quality in Horizontal Wells is 92.59% in 2011.
