摘　　要：本文以话语标记语oh为研究对象,以Sperber和Wilson的关联理论为理论基础,以《实习医生格蕾》第八季为语料分析了oh获得最佳关联的语用功能,希望能够帮助交流者更好地理解话语,从而使交流更加顺利。The present paper focuses on the pragmatic functions of the discourse marker oh in the process of achieving optimal relevance with the framework of relevance theory proposed by Sperber and Wilson with the data collected from the American soap opera Grey＇s Anatomy（season 8）. The author hopes that it will help communicators better understand utterances and communicate with others more smoothly.
