摘　　要：目前股票市场在我国经济生活中举足轻重,是企业直接融资的主要场所,它的开放意义重大,不仅直接影响到我国经济发展,而且也事关国家的金融稳定和安全。本文分析了人民币国际化与股票市场对外开放的关系,论证了我国股票市场对外开放所具备的有利条件,并对如何稳妥推进我国股票市场对外开放进行了一系列战略设计。Currently the stock market plays an important role in our economic life, is the main place of direct financing of enterprises, its external opening is significant, not only directly affect China＇s economic development, but also about the country＇s financial stability and security. This paper first analyzes the relationship between RMB internationalization and the stock market external opening, and then demonstrates the favorable conditions of China＇s stock market external opening, finally on how to promote China＇s stock market external opening makes a se- ries of strategic design, believe these targeted strategic measures will promote China＇s stock market external opening smoothly and stable development.
