论“村改居”社区文化特点及其转型的价值目标

摘　　要："村改居"社区是由乡村向城区过渡的特殊社区,总体上陷于"非城非乡,亦城亦乡"困境,社区转型伴随着文化转型。"村改居"社区文化是一种不成熟、不完善的城市社区文化,具有文化过渡性、文化多样性、文化冲突性等特点,迫切需要进行文化的解构和重构。"村改居"社区文化转型的目标包括"和为贵"的价值取向、"和而不同"的思想理念、中庸之道的思维方式、和睦相处的行为规范、和谐友爱的社会风尚等五个层面的辩证统一。The community of ＂village turning into urban community＂ is a special one in the process of village - transforming into an urban area, but it is in a dilemma that ＂it is neither a city nor a countryside, or it is both a city and a countryside＂. The transformation of community goes with cultural transformation. The community culture of ＂village turning into urban community＂ is an immature and im- perfect urban community culture with the features of cultural transition, diversity and conflict which need deeonstruetion and reconstruc- tion. Its successful transformation relies on the five principles of dialectical unity, that is, the value orientation of treasuring harmony, the idea of ＂harmonious yet different existence＂, the concept of＂the golden mean＂, the behavioral norm of ＂getting along well with each other＂ and the ＂harmonious and friendly＂ society.
