中国、加拿大研究型大学学生选课自由的比较——以多伦多大学与复旦大学为例

摘　　要：大学生选课自由是其学习自由的主要体现方式。加拿大研究型大学学生的选课自由体现为三个方面:大量课程供选择,课程选择过程清晰;课程设计注重课程之间的相互关系,课程体系较为连贯和严密;教师指导学生制定选课计划。通过多伦多大学与复旦大学商科专业学生选课情况的比较,发现两所学校在课程设置、学分制、课程计划进度、课程丰富程度、选课自由度等方面有显著的不同。中国大学生的选课自由可以从制度、物质和质量及理念几个方面进行提升。The free option of courses is the major embodiment of the students＇ learning -related freedom. The students＇ free option of courses in research- oriented universities in Canada finds expression in three aspects： adequate optional courses with a clear proce- dure ; a clear syllabus ; teacher＇s guidance for helping the students with their option of courses. This study gives a comparison of the op- tion of courses by the business - major students in Toronto University in Canada and those in Fudan University in China, and concludes that the two universities differ in the aspects of syllabus, credit system, teaching plan, course diversity and freedom in option. It finally proposes that Chinese college students＇ free option of courses can be improved in the aspects of the system, material, quality and con- cept.
