栀子类药材及其不同发育期果实中栀子甙的含量分析

摘　　要：采用中国药典2000年版方法对不同产地山栀子中的栀子甙进行了定性鉴别和含量测定,并对临川产山栀子和瑞金产水栀子不同发育期果实中的栀子甙进行了定性定量分析。结果表明,江西产区的山栀子中栀子甙含量高于其他地区的产品。水栀子、朝鲜栀子为栀子类药材中含栀子甙很高的品种,山栀子和水栀子所含栀子甙在果实发育期有两个高峰期。This paper reported content analysis on gardenoside in grown fruits of Gardenia from different habitats and ungrown fruits of Gardenia jasminoides and G. jasminoides f. longicarpa. The results were as follows: (1 )The content of gardenoside in G. jasminwides from indigenous region of Jiangxi was higher than other habitats;(2)The content of gardenoside in G. jasminoides f. langicarpa was the highest; (3) The content of gardenoside in fruits of growth period of G. jasminoides and G. jasminoides f. longicarpa had two peak stages.
