摘　　要：研究生培养机制必须在创新能力培养上进行改革,通过适应社会经济发展的新型校企合作、鼓励研究生国外研修或等或是提高研究生创新能力的重要途径。Training mode of graduate students must be reformed in innovation capacity through the important ways of new school-enterprise cooperation that adapting to socio-economic development, encouraging graduate students to study at abroad or improving graduate students＆#39; innovation capacity.
