双代号网络计划中基于案例分析的工期优化研究

摘　　要：工期优化是指网络计划的计算工期不满足要求工期时,通过压缩关键工作的持续时间以满足要求工期目标的过程。优化后的工期计划刚性加大,且工期优化还应考虑项目资源的限制。Construction period optimization refers to a process that compressing the duration of critical work to meet the required objective of construction period when the calculation construction period of network planning does not meet the required construction period. The rigidity of optimized program construction period planning has increased and the construction period optimization should consider the restriction of project resources.
