摘 要:目的:探讨大鼠阴茎组织中一氧化氮合成酶(Nitric Oxide Synthase. NOS)分布及增龄对其的影响。方法:采用NADPHd组化对不同月龄大鼠(2.8.16,24月)阴茎组织进行染色。结果:NOS主要分布于阴茎组织中平滑肌细胞.内皮细胞、神经纤维含量较少;随龄增加,阴茎组织中NOS逐渐减少.各月龄组间差别显著。结论:大鼠阴茎组织中NOS主要分布于平滑肌细胞,增龄使NOS明显减少.表明NOS减少可能与勃起障碍的年龄依赖性相关。To explore the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rat penile tissue and the influence of aging on NOS. Methods: The penile tissue from rats of four age (2, 8, 16. 24month) groups were stained by nicotinamide adenine dinucleatide phosphate (NADPH) diaphorase. Results: The NOS was mainly in smooth muscle cell while less in endothelial cell and nerve fibers. With aging, the positive staining for NOS decreased significantly. Conclusion: The NOS in rat penile tissue lies mainly in smooth muscle cell, the NOS decreases significantly with aging, which imply the decrease of NOS is probably relevant to the age dependence of erectile dysfunction.
