摘　　要：在对装备保障资源管理现状分析的基础上,从流程建模、系统框架、组织机构和构建方法四个方面初步设计了基于ERP的装备保障资源管理系统(ESRM-ERP),对提高我军资源科学化、规范化管理,进而提高装备保障能力和装备完好率有着重要意义。On the basis of analyzing the present situation of equipment support resources management, equipment support resource management system （ESRM-ERP） based on ERP is designed from four aspects： process modeling, system framework, organization and construction method. It is of great significance for the scientific and standardized management of our army and improving the ability of equipment support ability and equipment intact rate.
