556名离休干部生活质量调查分析

摘　　要：为了解连云港市离休干部的生活质量(Quality of life)状况，采用了问卷和体检相结合的方法，对市区556名离休干部进行调查。结果：93.54%离休干部生活能自理，84.83%有慢性病，居一、二位的是高血压、冠心病，98.88%离休干部有中等以上的经济收入。自评生活满意度33.71%良好，64.61%中等，1.69%差，12.92%离休干部对自己的身体健康不满意，影响其生活质量主要是心血管疾病，故重视离休干部医疗保健，才能提高他们的生活质量，实现健康老龄化。retired cadres lived at city area were investigated by the physical examination and questionaire. Self-life rate was 93.54%. 84.83% of them had chronic diseases of hypertention and coronary heart disease. The rate of economic income of more than middle level was 98.88%. The satisfied rate of life estimated by themselves were 33.71%good, 64.61% middle and 1.69% bad. 12.92% of retired cadres was not satisfied with their health status. The cardiovascular disease was the main disease which influenced their quality of life. To improve the quality of life and achieve the whole health aged, the medical treatment and health care of the retired cadres must be emphasized.
