摘　　要：总结了20例行左枕乙状窦后入路听神经鞘瘤切除术患者的术后并发症,主要包括继发颅内血肿、肺部感染、脑脊液漏、呛咳和面瘫。经过术前对各种并发症发生的综合评估及检查,结合术后严密观察患者生命体征、意识及瞳孔变化,及早地预防和发现了并发症,并采取了及时有效的护理措施,20例患者均康复出院。认为有效的预防和护理措施能促进患者的康复,缩短住院时间。It sums up the postoperationa] complications of 20 cases who have the nerve sheath tumor resection via retrosigmoidal approach,and the complications mainly include secondary intracranial hematoma, lung infection, eerebrospinal fluid（CSF） leakage, coughing and facial paralysis. Though the comprehensive evaluation and inspection of various complications before the operation, and the close observation of vital signs, consciousness and pupillary changes after the operation, we prevent and detect complications in time, and take timely and effective nursing interventions. All 20 patients have a recovery and discharged. We think effective prevention and nursing measures can promote the patiens＇ recovery and shorten the length of hostipal stay.
