摘　　要：本文结合中国石化安庆分公司炼化一体化工程大型汽轮机循环水泵机组的监理,阐述了该机组安装监理的特点和关键质量控制点,介绍了设备开箱检验、基础验收、找平、找正、轴对中、油系统清洗和循环、控制和联锁等重要安装工序的监理措施和技术要点。实践证明,细化监理程序、对技术细节进行掌控是机组安装工程质量控制的必要措施。Reviewing equipment installation supervision on the large steam turbine unit of circulat ing water pump in the integration of refinery and petrochemical project conducted at Anqing sub sidiary of China Petroleum ＆ Chemical Corporation, this article elaborates the characteristics of the turbine unit supervision and key quality control points. The article introduces important measures and key supervision control points of the installation processes, which include unpacking inspection, basic acceptance, leveling and aligning of unit, shaft alignment, cleaning and circulation of the oil system, control and interlock system. Practice has been proved that refinement of supervision pro cedures and control of the technical details are necessary measures to assure quality control for unit installation.
