摘　　要：供应链管理围绕核心企业,把握控制产业链条上企业的信息流、物流、资金流,为降低运作成本,保证产销平衡、降低产品库存、缩短交货周期、满足客户需求、降低运营成本等管理上的优化做出了贡献。随着物流技术的不断发展,第四方物流对物流的集成优化作用越来越明显,如何借助第四方物流理论,来提升供应链集成管理的水平,成为企业关注的重要方面之一。据此,探讨第四方物流运作模式对供应链管理在多功能流程优化,业务流程再造等方面的运用及实践,以此为供应链管理优化的研究提供新的思路。Supply chain management focuses on core businesses, grasps the information flow, logistics and capital flow of controlindustry chain and contributes to reducing operating costs, ensuring production and sales balance, reducing inventor, shartening lead times and meeting customer demand, reducing operating costs and other management optimization, With dae continuous development of logistics technology, the optimization function of the fourth party logistics on logistics integration optimization has become more and more apparent. How to improve the integrated management of supply chain by fourth party logistics has become one of the important aspects of business concerns. This article discusses the application and practice of fourth party logistics in supply chain management in multi-function process optimization,business process reengineering and other aspects, in order to provide new ideas for the study of supply chain management optimization.
