摘　　要：企业项目招投标管理是一种公平、公开、公正的交易方式,在我国社会主义市场经济不断完善的条件下,推行企业项目招标投标管理模式对健全市场竞争机制,提高社会资源的优化配置,提高政府执政能力,遏制不正当的竞争,有着十分重要的意义。但近些年来,我国现行的企业项目招投标管理中还存在一些不可忽视的问题和薄弱环节,本文对其中存在的问题进行了简要的介绍,并提出了相应的解决措施。Enterprise project bidding management is a fair and open trade form. China＇s socialist market economy is getting continuous improvement. Under this background, to promote bidding management mode of enterprise project is very important to improve the mechanism of market competition, optimize the allocation of social resources and improve the government＇s ability to govern and curb unfair competition. But in recent years, some problems and weak links can not be ignored in the project bidding management of enterprises in China. This paper gives a brief introduction to the existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures.
