投资体制改革对我国项目评价的深层次影响的研究

摘　　要：随着国家投资体制改革,我国传统计划经济体制发生了彻底的改变,取而代之的是社会主义市场经济体制。投资体制的深入改革,不仅使得项目投资过程中政府的干预作用降低,同时也使得相关的项目投资决策者对项目本身的控制性增强,进而有效增强了项目风险评估的必要性。本文基于投资体制改革的基础之上,随着投资体制改革的不断深入,对我国项目评估方面产生的深层次影响进行了研究,主要集中于银行的信贷方面、企业方面以及信托企业方面的影响进行了深入的研究。With national investment system reform, China＇s traditional planned economy system has undergone radical change and replaced by the socialist market economic system. The deep reform of the investment system not only reduces the intervention of the government in project investment process, but also strengthens the control of related investment decision-makers in project and then effectively enhances the necessity of project risk assessment. Based on the investment system reform and with the deepening reform of investment system, this paper researches the deep impact on China＇s project assessment, and makes a deep research about the impacts on bank credit, enterprise and the trust enterprise.
