摘　　要：网络技术作为时代生活的先锋,已经渗透到大学生活的方方面面,教育的现代化离不开网络,网络已经成为当代大学生和广大教育工作者必须掌握的一门技术,但网络技术本身就是一把双刃剑,利用好了它就是服务于你的工具,助你走向成才成功的催化剂,利用不好,或者沉溺其中,它带来的不良影响可能会伴随一生。本文调研分析了网络对大学生心理健康的影响,提出开展网络心理健康教育的重要性,探索加强网络心理健康教育的对策和方法。Network technology as a pioneer era of life, has penetrated into all aspects of university life. The modernization of education is inseparable from the network, and the network has become a technology that must grasp for contemporary college students and educators. But network technology is a double-edged sword, make good use of it will serve you as tool and catalyst to help you towards a successful talent; bad use of it or addicted in it will bring adverse impact and may be accompanied by a lifetime. This paper has investigated and analyzed the influence of network on university students＇ mental health, pointed out the importance of the network mental health education, and explored the strategies and methods.
