对临床不合理用药开展药疗服务的效果评价

摘　　要：目的促进我院临床合理用药，提高药学服务质量。方法分析我院药学部在2011年-2013年对不合理用药进行干预，采取一系列措施后，观察实施效果。结果门急诊处方合格率从91％上升至98％，临床不合理使用抗茵药物的现象得到明显改观，提高了临床药物治疗水平。结论药疗服务可以提高整体医疗水平，减少不合理用药，提高药物治疗质量，保证患者获得最佳的药疗效果。Objective To promote the clinical rational use of drugs in our hospital, to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods Analysis of pharmacy department in our hospital to intervene the irrational drug use from 2011 to 2013, take a series of measures, implementation effect. Results The outpatient prescriptions of qualified rate increased from 91% to 98 %, the clinical unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs phenomenon can be improved significantly, improve the clinical treatment level. Conclusion Pharmaceutical care can improve the overall level of medical treatment, reduce the unreasonable use of drug treatment, improve quality, ensure the patients to get the best effect of medication.
