腹腔镜下各种缝合方法治疗小儿疝60例分析

摘　　要：目的总结应用腹腔镜修补技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的治疗效果。方法应用腹腔镜器械、各种缝合方法治疗小儿疝60例,总结临床资料并结合文献进行分析。结果本组全部治愈,无1例复发,无阴囊血肿,无腹壁、腹腔出血等并发症。结论应用腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝安全、有效、简单、瘢痕小,是一种值得推荐的手术方式。Objective To summarize the application of laparoscopic repair technique for the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia. Methods All kincls of suture by laparoscopic instrument in treatment of inguinal hernia in 60 cases, summarize clinical data combined with analysis of the literature, Results All were cured, no recurrence, no serotal hematoma, no abdominal wall, abdominal bleeding and other complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment for pediatric inguinal hernia is safe, effective, simple, small sear, and worth recommending.
