窄谱UVB治疗慢性单纯性苔藓和慢性肥厚性湿疹的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察窄谱UVB治疗慢性单纯性苔藓和慢性肥厚性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年4月至2013年4月期间确诊的慢性单纯性苔藓和慢性肥厚性湿疹患者共85例为研究对象,对窄谱UVB治疗慢性单纯性苔藓和慢性肥厚性湿疹的临床疗效进行回顾性分析。将85例患者设为治疗组,应用复方氟米松软膏联合窄谱UVB治疗;另随机选取85例确诊为慢性单纯性苔藓和慢性肥厚性湿疹的患者为对照组,仅使用复方氟米松软膏进行治疗。于治疗40 d后对疗效进行判定,记录不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为94.12%,对照组总有效率为69.42%,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窄谱UVB治疗慢性单纯性苔藓和慢性肥厚性湿疹安全有效,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of narrow band UVB in treatment of lichen simplex chronicus and chronic hypertrophic eczema patients. Method Selected during April 2011 - April 2013 our hospital diagnosis 85 patients with lichen simplex chronicus and chronic hypertrophic eczema as the research object .Retrospectively analyzed the clinical curative effect of narrow band UVB in treatment of lichen simplex chronicus and chronic hypertrophic eczema. Set 85 patients in treatment group, treated with compound flumetasone ointment combined narrow band UVB; In addition randomly selected 85 patients diagnosed with lichen simplex chronicus and chronic hypertrophic eczema patients as control group, Only use compound flumetasone ointment for treatment .To evaluate the curative effect in the treatment of 40 days, recorded adverse reactions. Result Treatment group total effective rate was 94.12 %, control group total effective rate was 69.42 %. Comparison of two groups of data, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Narrow band UVB in treatment of lichen simplex chronicus and chronic hypertrophic eczema is safe and effective, and worthy of popularization and application.
