摘　　要：目的探讨改良肘后S形入路可吸收钉棒固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法采用改良肘后S形入路可吸收棒固定治疗40例儿童肱骨髁上骨折。结果 40例均获随访,时间6～12个月,骨折均愈合,愈合时间3～6周。参照Flynn功能评定标准:优30例,良8例,差2例。无神经、血管损伤,临床疗效满意。结论改良肘后S形入路手术切口创伤小,骨折复位固定及肘关节功能恢复良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved internal fixation with absorbable screw for the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children. Methods Improved posterior approach to the elbow with sshape incision and reconstruction plate were used for the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children （40 cases）. Results 40 patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months. All fractures healed, and healing time was 3 - 6 weeks. According to Flynn＇s functional assessment system, the results were excellent in 30 cases, good in 8 and poor in 2, without injury of nerves and blood vessels. And the clinical results were satisfactory. Conclusions This approach has minimal incision, less tissue trauma and it can reduce the risk of the pin tract infection and decrease the need for reoperation.
