摘　　要：目的建立Wistar大鼠肺功能各项指标的参考值。方法用创体描法小动物肺功能检测仪检测大鼠肺功能各项指标,根据肺功能指标检测结果,通过统计分析,确定其参考值范围。结果 Ri（吸气阻力）为1.81（0.94~4.10）cm H2O/（mL·s）,Re（呼气阻力）为1.83（0.71~3.57）cm H2O/（mL·s）,Cl（肺顺应性）为0.15（0.05~0.29）mL/cm H2O,MVV（最大通气量）为144.65（77.28~256.20）mL/min,FVC（用力肺活量）为8.49（5.82~12.70）mL,Fev0.2（第0.2秒用力呼气容积）为5.72（3.62~7.01）mL,Fev0.2/FVC（第0.2秒用力呼出容积占用力肺活量百分比）为8.12（39.14~85.28）%,FEF（25~75）%（用力中期呼气流速）为34.11（28.25~46.87）mL/min。PEF（用力最大呼气流速）为38.28（30.75~50.25）mL/min。结论 Wistar大鼠肺功能指标的参考值范围可为临床和科研工作以及未来制定国家标准和规范提供参考依据。Objective The aim of this study was to introduce the working principle and method of measurement of animal lung function,and to establish the range of normal reference values of lung function of the Wistar rat. Methods Small animals lung function detector was used to detect the normal lung function indexes in rats. The data of measurements of respiratory functional indexes were statistically analyzed and normal reference range of the Wistar rat was established.Results The normal range of the inspiratory resistance（ Ri） was 1. 81（ 0. 94- 4. 10） cmH2O / mL·s,expiratory resistance（ Re） was 1. 83（ 0. 71- 3. 57） cm H20 / mL·s,compliance（ Cl） was 0. 15（ 0. 05- 0. 29） mL / cm H2O,maximal voluntary ventilation（ MVV） was 144. 65（ 77. 2- 256. 20） mL / min,forced vital capacity（ FVC） was 8. 49（ 5. 82 ~12. 70） mL,forced expiratory volume at 0. 2 second（ Fev0. 2） was 5. 72（ 3. 62 ~ 7. 01） mL,ratio of forced expiratory volume / forced vital capacity（ Fev0. 2 / FVC） at 0. 2 second was 68. 12（ 39. 14 ~ 85. 28） %,forced expiratory flow（ FEF25%- 75%） was 34. 11（ 28. 25 ~ 46. 87） mL / min,and the peak expiratory flow（ PEF） was 38. 32（ 30. 86 ~ 50. 28 mL / min.Conclusions Determination of the normal reference range of lung function of Wistar rats can provide a reference basis for clinical and scientific research and establishment of national standards and specifications in the future.
