摘　　要：目的建立湖北海棠提取物指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法,建立湖北海棠提取物指纹图谱,并进行相似度分析。结果确定了湖北海棠提取物10批样品指纹图谱共有模式,且相似度均在0.9以上。结论所建立的指纹图谱为制定湖北海棠提取物的质量标准提供依据。Objective To establish the fingerprints for extraction of Malus hupehensis. Methods HPLC was used to establish the extraction fingerprints of Malus hupehensis and analyse the similarity. Results The common pattern of the 10 batches of samples about fingerprints for extraction of Malus hupehensis was determined and the similarity over 0.9. Conclusion The establishment of fingerprints supply the foundation for formulating the quality standard of extraction from Malus hupehensis.
