止痒油膏外敷止痒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究止痒油膏外敷的止痒作用。方法:用磷酸组胺致大鼠瘙痒模型,右旋糖酐致小鼠瘙痒模型,并设醋酸曲安奈德尿素软膏阳性对照组和蒸馏水阴性对照组,观察止痒油膏低剂量(50 mg/mL)、中剂量(100 mg/mL)、高剂量(200 mg/mL),对实验动物局部皮肤瘙痒的影响。结果:止痒油膏能明显降低右旋糖酐诱导的小鼠瘙痒发作次数,增加大鼠耐受磷酸组胺的致痒阈。结论:止痒油膏外敷具有明显的止痒作用。Objective： To investigate relieving itching of ZhiYang ointment for external use. Method： Rat mod- el was established with histamine phosphate and mouse with dextran, positive control group of triamcinolone ace- tonide acetate and urea ointment as well as negative control group of distilled water were found, the effects of high （200 mg/mL）, moderate（100 mg/mL） and low （50 mg/mL） dosages of ZhiYang ointment on local skin pruritus of an- imals were observed. Result： ZhiYang ointment could significantly reduce the number of mouse pruritus caused by dextran and increase itching threshold of the rat tolerance to histamine phosphate. Conclusion： ZhiYang ointment for external use could alleviate the itching obviously.
