《针灸甲乙经》治疗腰痛特点分析

摘　　要：运用现代检索方法,通过计算机对《针灸甲乙经》论述腰痛的原文进行检索、统计、分析,结果发现《针灸甲乙经》治疗腰痛通常选用膀胱经腧穴和辨证选穴相结合的方法,且所选腧穴以特定穴为主。治疗采用针刺和多部位刺络放血相结合的方法,以提高疗效。The papers about therapies for lumbago in A -B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion were searched, counted and analyzed by computer, We found that therapeutic method for lumbago in A -B Classic of A c upurn：ture and Moxib ustion was choosing the acupoints of bladder meridian and the combination of syndrome dif- ferentiation and acupoints, and the acupoint was specific point. Lumbago was usually treated by needling and blood- letting puncture to improve clinical effects.
