摘　　要：目的:探讨降低中药房处方调配中差错率的有效管理方法。方法:依据PDCA循环法管理,比较PDCA循环法管理前后的差错率,分析差错产生的原因并提出相应措施。结果:通过PDCA循环法制定的对策、方案,调配差错率同比减少52.15%。结论:PDCA循环法能有效减少中药房处方调配的差错,减少发药风险,确保患者用药安全,是一种科学的管理方法。Objective： To discuss the effective management method to reduce prescriptions allocation error rate in TCM dispensary. Method： Error rates were compared before and after managed by PDCA cycle method, the reasons of the errors were analyzed and corresponding measures were raised. Result： Prescriptions allocation error rate was cut down by 52.15% through carrying out the strategy and plan established with PDCA cycle method. Conclusion： PDCA cycle method could effectively reduce prescriptions allocation errors in TCM dispensary, decrease dispensing risk and it is a scientific manaeement method to ensure medication safetv of the patients.
