摘　　要：加强医院感染知识培训,可以提升全院医务人员感染控制理念,增强医院感染意识和法律意识,掌握学习医院感染管理知识和基本技能;在工作中认真贯彻落实医院感染管理办法,严格执行有关法律法规和技术操作规范,可以逐步提高临床医务人员预防与控制医院感染的意识,有效预防与控制医院感染。We should strengthen knowledge training ofnosocomial infection, improve infection control con- cept of medical staff, study and grasp the knowledge and basic skills of hospital infection management, carefully im- plement the methods of hospital infection management in the work, strictly carry out the associated laws and techni- cal specifications, gradually heighten medical staffs sense of hospital infection prevention and control, effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection.
