龙血竭粉外敷治疗小腿部小面积皮肤缺损难愈合伤口40例  

External Application of LongXueJie Powder in Treating 40 Cases of Small Area Wounds Difficult to Heal Caused by Skin Defects in Lower Leg

摘　　要：目的:观察龙血竭粉外敷治疗小腿部小面积皮肤缺损难愈伤口的临床疗效。方法:将82例患者随机分为观察组40例、对照组42例,对照组采用常规换药,观察组在此基础上使用龙血竭粉伤口处外敷,观察并记录2组患者伤口愈合时间和冶疗费用。结果:对照组创面愈合时间最短为18.4天,最长为68.7天,平均40.7天;观察组创面愈合时间最短为15.6天,最长为45.7天,平均35.6天,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。平均费用对照组为694元,观察组为540元,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:龙血竭粉外敷治疗小腿部小面积皮肤缺损难愈伤口临床疗效较好,且具有方法简单、经济易行的特点。Objective： To observe clinical effects of LongXueJie powder for external use in treating small area wounds difficult to heal caused by skin defects in lower leg. Method： All 82 patients were randomized into 40 cases of the observation group and 42 cases in the control group, the control group were changed the dressings, the obser- vation group were given with LongXueJie powder for external use after the dressing was changed. Wound healing time and the cost for the treatment were observed and recorded. Result： The shortest wound healing time in the con- trol group was 18.4 days, the longest 68.7 days, average 40.7 days; the shortest wound healing time in the control group was 15.6 days, the longest 45.7 days, average 35.6 days, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Average cost in the control group was ￥694, higher than ￥540 in the observation group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： LongXueJie powder for extemal use is effective in treating small area wounds difficult to heal caused by skin defects in lower leg, and it is of simple, inexpensive and practicable.
