独活寄生汤联合经皮激光椎间盘减压治疗腰椎间盘突出症138例

摘　　要：目的:观察独活寄生汤联合经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将276例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组、对照组各138例,2组均应用经皮激光椎间盘气化减压术治疗,对照组加服独活寄生汤,1剂/d,7天为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程。结果:2组术后随访率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);优良率观察组为92.75%,对照组为81.88%,2组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合PLDD治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe clinical effects of DuHuoJiSheng Tang and percutaneous laser disk decompression （PLDD） in treating lumbar disc herniation. Method： All 276 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, Both groups received PLDD, the control group took DuHuo JiSheng Tang, one dose per day, seven days were one course of treatment and both groups were treated for two courses of treatment Result The difference had no statistical meaning in postoperative follow-up rates of both groups （P〉0.05）; excellent rate of the observation group was 92.75%, higher than 81.88% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： DuHuoJiSheng Tang and PLDD are effective in treating lumbar disc herniation.
