杜仲的化学成分及其药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：杜仲具有多种生物活性。现已从该植物中分离得到了大量的多酚类成分,主要包括木脂素类、酚酸类和黄酮类,同时分离得到环烯醚萜、单萜、三萜、有机酸酯、挥发油、多糖、胶及其他类化合物,药理研究表明多个成分具有降压、降血糖、调节血脂、抗癌、抗衰老、抑制胆固醇上升、抗补体活性、抗氧化等活性。同时发现杜仲有许多新的药理活性,为杜仲的进一步研究提供了新思路。DuZhong （Eucommia ulmoides oliv.） showed many biological activities. So far, many kinds of polyphenolic constituents were separated from the plant, mainly including lignans, phenolic acid and flavonoids, together with other types of active substances, such as iridoid glucosides, monoterpenes, terpenoids, volatile oils, fatty acids, amino acids and polysaccharides, pharmacological studies showed that many kinds of ingredients had the functions of antihyeprtension, lowering glucose, regulating blood lipid, anti-cancer, anti-aging, decreasing cholesterol, anticomplementary activity and antioxidation. Meanwhile, new pharmacological activities of DuZhong could provide new thinking for further study.
