桂林西瓜霜对不同程度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：摘要：目的探讨桂林西瓜霜对不同程度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法将120例宫颈糜烂患者分3组，轻度、中度、重度组各40例，应用桂林西瓜霜治疗1～3个疗程后，对照观察其临床疗效。结果3组治疗1个疗程后，临床疗效比较，轻度〉中度〉重度，组间存在差异（x2=30．4751，P=0．0000〈0．05）；3组治疗2个疗程后，临床疗效比较依然是轻度〉中度〉重度，组间存在差异（x2=15．5556，P=0．0004〈0．05）；3组治疗3个疗程后，临床疗效比较，组间差异无统计学意义（x2=4．4727，P=0．1068〉0．05）。结论西瓜霜治疗宫颈糜烂，临床疗效肯定，轻、中度宫颈糜烂，治疗1～2个疗程后，可见明显的临床疗效，重度宫颈糜烂，则需要治疗3个疗程。Abstract： Objective To study the clinical effects of Guilin Watermelon Frost on different degrees of u terine cervical erosion. Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine cervical erosion were divided into 3 groups, namely mild, moderate and severe group （each n = 40）. After 1-3 courses of Guilin Watermelon Frost treatment, their clinical curative effect were observed. Results After a course of treatment, compari son of clinical curative effect among each group were done. Results ranged mild moderate severe, with significant differences among groups（z2 = 30. 4751, P =0. 0000%0.05）. Three groups after two courses of treatment, the clinical curative effect still ranged as the following： mild moderate severe, with significant difference among groups （Z2 = 15.5556, P = 0. 0004%0.05） ; after three courses of treatment, there was no sta- tistically difference amonthe arronn. （x2 =4 /1 79excellent clinical efficacy for the treatment of uterine cervical erosion. For the mild and moderate cervical ero- sion, 1-2 courses of treatment could have better clinical curative results. For the severe one, 3 courses of treatment were required.
