摘 要:目的探讨壮药通络饮(ZTY)对实验性糖尿病(DM)大鼠心脏、肾脏和腹主动脉组织血管紧张素(AngⅠ、AngⅡ)水平的影响。方法将30只SD大鼠分成正常对照组(CON组)10只,DM组20只;CON组喂普通饲料,DM组喂高脂饲料4周后,用30mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱导DM模型。DM成模后,再将DM组分成壮药通络饮治疗组(DM+ZTY组)和DM对照组(DM组),共治疗8周。以放免法测定心脏、肾脏、腹主动脉组织匀浆AngⅠ和AngⅡ水平。结果第8周时,DM组心脏、肾脏和腹主动脉组织匀浆AngⅠ和AngⅡ水平较CON组明显升高(P<0.05),DM+ZTY组心脏、肾脏和腹主动脉组织AngⅠ、AngⅡ水平较DM组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 ZTY能降低实验性DM大鼠心脏、肾脏及腹主动脉组织血管紧张素的水平,有利于保护和延缓DM肾脏及心血管并发症的进展。Abstract: Objective To study the effects of Zhuang--medicine Tongluo Yin (ZTY) on the anglotensms (Ang I, Ang II) in heart, kidney and abdominal aorta tissues in rats with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into a control group (CON group, n =10) and a DM group Rats in CON group were fed with common feed. After receiving 4 weeks of high--fat feed, rats in DM group were given intra--peritoneal injection of 30 mg/kg streptozotocin for developing DM models. After DM models were established, rats in DM group were subdivided into Zhuang--medicine Tongluo Yin treated group (DM+ ZTY) group and untreated DM group (DM group), rats were given 8 weeks treatment. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect Ang I and Ang levels in heart, kidney and abdominal aorta homogenates. Results At week 8, the elevated Ang I and Ang levels in heart, kidney and abdominal aorta homogenates were observed in DM group, compared to CON group, there were statistically differences ( P 〈0.05). The decreased Ang I and Ang levels in heart, kidney and abdominal aorta homogenates were observed in DM+ZTY group, com- pared to DM group, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion ZTY can down --regulate the Ang I and Ang II levels in heart, kidney and abdominal aorta tissues in experimental DM rats and be helpful for protecting and prolonging DM kidney and cardiac complication development.
