摘　　要：目的:探讨术中超声(IOUS)在肝胆管结石术中的临床应用价值。方法:297例肝胆管结石病例术中行IOUS检查,明确结石的存在及分布位置,在超声引导、监测下手术或划定范围切除肝叶、肝段。结果:297例肝胆管结石病例误诊17例,22例漏诊。131例根据IOUS结果划定切除病变肝叶、肝段范围,成功切除。25例术后有残留结石。结论:IOUS在肝胆管结石术中是一种能有效避免胆道损伤和降低术后残石发生的方法。Objective： To explore the value of intraoperative ultrasound （IOUS） in surgery of hepatolith Methods： 297 patients with hepatolith received IOUC to locate the calculus and guide/monitor the operation or define the resection limits of diseased lobe or segment. Results： 17 cases were misdiagnosed and 22 cases missed diagnosis in 297 hepatolith cases. The diseased liver lobe or segment in 131 cases were successfully removal by the results of the IOUS. 25 cases had residual stones after operation. Conclusion： IOUS is an effective to avoid biliary injury and reduce the incidence of residual stone in the operation.
