摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部外科肠瘘患者的最佳护理方案。方法:为38例肠瘘患者进行心理护理和基础护理;加强肠外、肠内营养;持续恒力负压吸引充分引流,控制感染;选择性应用生长抑素;联合使用造口袋及其附属产品对周围皮肤的护理。结果:37例患者治愈,1例患者因合并严重腹腔感染、心衰而死亡。结论:经过系列精心的治疗和护理,缩短了住院时间,提高了生活质量,取得了满意的效果。Objective： To summarize the nursing experience of patients with intestinal fistula. Methods： Psychological and basic nursing, adequate and succesive drainage of the fistula with constant negative pressure, antibiotic therapy, strengthened enteral and parenteral nutrition, combined with ostomy bags and its accessories, were performed in 38 cases of intestinal fistula, and selective use of somatostatin was also considered. Results： 37 cases were cured and one case died of complications of severe abdominal sepsis and heart failure. Conclusion： Meticulous treatment and nursing can improve the quality of life and shorten the hospitalization and achieve satisfactory results.
