摘  要:采用不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)设计,以11个水稻不育系和4个恢复系杂交配组,对F1组合单株产量进行了配合力分析和竞争优势聚类分析。结果表明,单株产量受基因型加性遗传的作用较大(56.04%),产量优势由全部基因型方差引起的h2B占95.65%。恢复系对于杂种产量的影响较大(GCA=56.05%)且受栽培条件等环境的影响较小(4.3%)。有2个恢复系和4个不育系一般配合力效应较大,由高到低的顺序是:云R3>云R4>沪旱11A>云2A>云3A>云1A。以云3A和沪旱11A与云R3配制的组合单株产量均大于36.8 g(10 400 kg/hm2),竞争优势值均大于20.7%,株型好,分蘖力强,结实率高,抗病性强,具有较大的生产利用潜力。Using incomplete diallcl cross ( NC II ) design, through the four test restorer lines cross with different types of 11 indica sterile line (CMS) rospectively, the FI yield per plant combining ability and cluster analysis were conducted. The results showed that three-line indica hybrid rice yield per plant were more affected by genotype additive ganotype (56.04 % ), the heterosis of Fl genotype variance caused by all of genotype variance hB^2 accounted for 95.65 %. Restore line' s GCA reached 56.05 %, which showed that the restore line directly to the hybrid was stonger, while the CMS directly to the hybrid was weaker, and the heterotic was subject to the influence of cultivation conditions such as less 4.3 % environmental effect. There were two restore line and four CMS line in the effect of GCA 〉2. O, which descending order was YUNR3 〉 YUNR4 〉 HUHAN11A 〉 YUN2A 〉 YUN3A 〉 YUN1A. There were two combinations ( YUN R3 x YUN3A and YUN R3 x Huhan llA) having a strong advantage among 44 Ft , which per plant yield were more than 36.8 g ( 10 400 kg/hm2 ), competitive advanrage value were more than 20. 7 %. They had good plant type, strong tillering ability, high seed setting rate and strong disease resistance, and had a greater production potential also.
