摘  要:为研究扑草净和异丙隆浓度对分蘖期大麦生理生化特性的影响,本文以0、1.5、3.0、4.5 g/L的扑草净和0、3.0、6.0、9.0g/L的异丙隆对保大麦1号进行处理,并测定了SOD活性、POD活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、相对电导率和O2-产生速率。结果表明,随扑草净和异丙隆浓度增加,O2-清除系统作用明显,导致O2-产生速率显著降低;扑草净对分蘖期大麦的伤害较异丙隆更为显著,低SOD和POD活性因清除更多O2-而显著降。The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of prometryne and isoproturen with different concentrations on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the tillering stage barley. Baodamai 1 was treated with 0, 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 g/L of prometryne and 0, 3.0, 6.0 and 9.0 g/L of isoproturon, and SOD activity, POD activity, soluble protein content, MDA content, proline content, relative conductivity, and O^2- producing rate were determined. The results showed that the O^2- producing rate was decreased prominently for the action of antioxidant enzymes according to the increasing of prometryne and isoproturon concentrations. The tillering stage barley was more injured by prometryne than isoproturon, and SOD and POD activities were decreased for clearing the superfluous O^2-.
