摘  要:为了探索提高粳型巨胚稻种子的发芽率和幼苗素质方法,为梗型巨胚稻育秧技术的制定提供参考,以粳型巨胚稻‘西巨胚1号’作为试验材料,将种子播种于不同含水量的土壤中,研究其出苗及幼苗生长情况。试验结果表明,在土壤质量含水量为0.495—0.572,有利于巨胚稻种子出苗、地上部茎叶生长和地下根的发生,相应的逆境指标SOD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量也较低;土壤质量含水量低于0.342(B1、B2),虽有利于根的伸长和提高根系活力,却不利于种子出苗和新根的发生;当土壤质量含水量高于0.572,土壤表面有明显的水层,不利于种子出苗率的提高。Effects of seed emergence and seedling growth of Japonica Giant Embryo rice were studied by sewing in different mass water con- tent of soil in Japonica Xi-giant embryo -1, to explore the method of improving the germination and the seedling quality of the Japonica Giant Embryo rice and provide theory guide for the establishment of seedling raising technology. The results indicated that the treatment that the mass water content of soil rang from 0. 495 to 0. 572 was beneficial to improve the seed emergence, and increase the stem and leaves grow and the root development, and decrease the corresponding stress indexes of the activity SOD and the soluble protein content. It was shown that 'it was beneficial to the root elongation and the activity root improved but was not better for the seed emergence and seedling growth when the mass water content of soil was lower than 0.342 ; when the mass water content of soil was higher than 0.572 ,the obvious water layer on soil surface goes against the seed emergence rate improvement.
