摘  要:本文采用MPN计数法和Pearson相关性分析法,研究了艾比湖湿地土壤固氮菌在不同土壤深度及春、夏、秋3个季节的数量分布,并对其与土壤有机质、生物量C、N之间的相关性进行分析。结果表明,不同土壤深度固氮菌数量分布中间土层高,表层最低;在季节中的分布差异显著,夏季最多,春秋次之。不同季节固氮菌数量在不同土层的分布与土壤有机碳含量显著相关(r>0.8),与微生物生物量N中度相关(0.5<r<0.8),与含水量、微生物生物量C无相关性。土壤固氮菌的数量分布随季节的变化波动较大,在土层中的分布差异不显著,在时间和空间上与土壤有机碳、微生物生物量氮存在着显著的相关性,与其他因子无明显的相关性。The distributions of Nitrogen-Fixing bacteria number in different soil layers and seasons were studied, and then the correlations with the organic carbon and microbial biomass C, N were analyzed by using MPN test-tube culture methods and pearson correlation. The result showed that in different soil depths, the N2-fixing bacteria number seems a high level in the middle layer, and the surface layer had the lowest level. The N2 -fixing bacteria number had a great significant difference between seasons, which in summer had a higher amount than that in spring and autumn. The number of bacteria in different depths between different seasons had a significant correlation with the soil con- tent of organic carbon(r 〉0.8), a middle correlation with the microbial biomass N(0.5 〈 r 〈0.8) ,and no correlation with the moisture, microbial biomass C. The distribution of N2-fixing bacteria number bad a big fluctuate by seasons and no obvious difference in depths, which had obvious correlation with organic carbon and microbial biomass N in the time and space and no obvious relationship among other factors.
