摘  要:为了解大果番茄种质资源的遗传多样性和聚类关系,对收集到的49份大果番茄资源的果形、果色、单果重等13个相关性状进行评价分析。遗传多样性分析结果表明,49份材料之间存在着显著的遗传差异,13个性状在不同材料间表现出了不同程度的多样性,变异系数在6.61%-65.69%,其中,胎座胶状物质颜色的变异系数最大,果横径的变异系数最小。49份材料通过聚类分析划分为3大类群,其中第1类群的8、15、23号材料和第11类群的36、40、43号材料综合性状优良,可进一步应用于大果番茄的育种和生产中。本研究理清了大果番茄遗传多样性,为加快种质资源的利用和遗传改良奠定基础。13 characters of 49 big fruit tomato germplasm resources were analyzed to study their genetic diversity. The result indicated that there were abundant genetic variation among different fruit characters and different germplasm resources. The variation coefficient of the 13 characters ranged from 6.61% to 65.69 % among the 49 materials. The color of placenta jelly had the greatest coefficient variation, and the transverse diameter of fruit was the smallest. 49 big fruit tomato germplasm resources were classified to 3 groups by cluster analysis. The ma- terials coded as No. 8, No. 15, No. 23 in Group I and No. 36, No. 40, No. 43 in Group II, which were found with some favorable traits and could be used in the breeding and production of the big fruit tomato. This study makes certain the genetic diversity of big fruit tomato germplasm resources and these results can be a basis for accelerating the utilization and improvement of the big fruit tomato materials.
