摘  要:以8个不同基因型烤烟为试验材料,用Li-6400便携式光合仪在自然光下测定其净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、叶温等指标以研究不同品种(品系)烤烟叶片的光合特性。结果表明,品系‘09011’(Q6)净光合速率最高,品种‘NC71’(Q2)和‘红花大金元’(Q8)次之,品种‘K326’(Q1)、‘云烟203’(Q3)、‘NC102’(Q5)居中;‘云烟317’(Q4)和‘云烟105’(Q7)净光合速率较低。所测烤烟植株叶片的净光合速率层间差异达到极显著水平,上部>中部>下部;胞间CO2浓度层间也达到极显著水平;气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶温层间差异不显著。The g different tobaoco genotypes were used to study the photosynthetic characteristics of tobaoco. The photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 conen, stomata conductance, transpiration rate, and leaf temperature of tobaoco leaves were determined by using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system under natural light in this paper. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate of '09011 ' (Q1) was high- est ; ' NC71' and Honghuadajinyuan were higher; ' K326', ' Yunyan 203' and ' NC102' were middle; ' Yunyan 317' and ' Yunyan 105 'were lower. The photosynthetic rate of diferent layer in tobaeo leaves were highly significant diferenees, which was upper 〉 middle 〉 lower pacts; the intercellular CO2 concn of different layer in tobaco leaves were highly significant differences; the stomata conductance, transpiration rate, and leaf temperature were no significant difference in different layer in tobaeo leaves.
